About Me

Hi. I’m Constantine,

For the last decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of human behavior, emerging tech, and organizational dysfunction, helping teams build better products by understanding the people who use them.

My research has shaped everything from global platforms and games to zero-budget MVPs duct-taped together in beta.

I’ve built UXR functions from the ground up, led teams, scaled research orgs, and run studies in rooms with whiteboards, Figma prototypes, Post-Its, spreadsheets, hallway tests, and, once, a supply closet.

I’ve seen how research gets done — and undone — in the wild, and I’ve spent years figuring out how to make it matter.

This site is where I unpack all of it, here you will find sharp, longform takes on UX research, product decision-making, and the ongoing tension between what we know and what we choose to do anyway.

If you’re into thoughtful research strategy, absurd metaphors, and the occasional rant dressed up as a framework, you’re in the right place. Reach me at cpapas [at] thevoiceofuser [dot] com.
